I have read alot of stuff no def answer so here it is plane and simple. 06 ss/sc gmpp stage 2 cai intake and cat back exhaust. Is it ok if I run bkr6eix with stock gap, or one step colder bkr7eix with what gap. Noob thanks

I think anything under a 2.8 you have to use 2 step colder plugs

 

I run the 7's with no problem. No need for you to run the six's with your set up

 

Save the money and go with Autolite 3922's. .038 gap. $1.29 a piece.

 

Will it effect engine heat and is stock cap ok

 

What do you mean stock cap?

And no, engine won't change temp, just the heat used to initiate combustion.
