Spark plug question

Spark plug question

I want to change my plugs and NGK's web site is saying BKR6E, but my search on this site says BKR7E, anyone know what the difference is

7 is one step colder than 6, you don't need the 7 if the car is stock.

My car is stock and I just put in the bkr6e's and it seems to idle smoother and dont sound as raspy when you get into it.

why is everyone using ngk plugs? and the gap should be printed on a label either on the hood or on the core support.

My BKR6EIX plugs came today and I'll probably change them tommorow. Hopefully they won't give me any trouble but I have changed ecotec plugs yet so we'll see...
