So I seafoamed my SS at 56,000 miles and feel it's also a good time to change spark plugs. Until I got a Cobalt SS, a spark plug was just a spark plug. Now it spark plug choice was more important than I thought. I honestly have no idea what I should get for my stage 2 cobalt, and would like some help. I hear a lot about, "1 step colder" plugs but really have no idea what this means. all insight is helpful.

So, What plugs do you guys recommend for a stage 2 cobalt ss? and what gap?

and also I'll just throw this in there since I don't see how it can hurt things, what plugs would you recommend for a non performance oriented vehicle that are relatively inexpensive? (98 acura rl)

 

if ur on gm stage 2 only and gm's tune get the oem ac delco plugs
