Spark Plugs and Gaps! HELP!

Hey guys as you all know my car went under a serious build. I had the NGK plugs 1 step colder in the car and had them gapped to .30. Anyway what plugs do you think I should go with now after this build and also what should I gap them too? I am still thinking about sticking with NGK copper plugs as I have had NO problems with them!

Doc I have been hearing about these ZEX plugs. Do you have a part number for me? The BKR7E is what I have been using but those are only one step colder. What is the Part number for 2 steps colder?

Thanks for the quick responses! Cobalt SS.net FTW

With that list of mods I would definately use the Zex plugs. They are 2 steps colder. Zex part number 82003-4

Where are you able to order them from? I went to ZEX's site and typed in the PN but nothing was found. Could even find the chart on the application page.

82003-4 (thats for 4 plugs)
I think Intense sells them, I am checking now.

the stock plugs are ngk bkr 6e, one step colder is bkr7e, I would think two steps would be bkr8e....I dunno honestly.
