Spark plugs - help the noob

I am currently running a gmpp stage 2 and an intake, and was wondering if there were any benefits to be gained by changing spark plugs. I know that many of you running more aggressive specs have changed them out.

What gains are there to be had and is it even worth it to look into given my current set up?

Thanks for the help

new spark plugs helped me out quite a bit. but i am running a 2.8" pulley.....

i couldnt give you any honest opinion on a stock stage 2 with an intake
in all honesty tho, i think gm should offer 1 step cooler plugs with the kit
