My car keeps jackin up new spark plugs after like a week of use, they get ungapped, ive tried like 4 different sets of plugs but cant figure out why its doin that anyone know whats causin this prob?

Its ok thanks tho... It was at Gm for a month they couldnt figure out **** so now im askin you guys

 

Is your car running hot? My best guess would be excess heat causing the ground electrode to warp? Seems like you would have other more serious problems if that was the case though.

 

sounds like its running excessive heat in the cylnders like its lean

 

^^ I believe it is extremely hott, but the Intake air and IAT2 seem normal

 

You might need to go to 2step colder plugs

 

a lean condition will cause that to happen

 

combustion temps might be a lot higher than intake temps. Up your plug coldness as stated

 

I will try it and see what happens

 

So did you try 2sep colder plugs yet?

 

He is lazy

 

he can be lazy if he wants........but ponder this, if your cylinder temps are hot enough to warp the electrode on your spark plug just imagine what that heat is doing to your hyperpathetic pistons.................
