The 3+ holds alot more torque and has a better pedal feel. The 3+ gives you the torque capacity of a stage 4 with a more streetable feel. The 2+ gives you the torque capacity of a stage 3, with the feel of a stage 2. I would go with somthing proven. There's more people running 2+'s with no problem. Just my opinion.

i agree with you guys but stage 3 is like $100 cheaper and i am really not worried about the torque capacity from stage 2 up because i am not planning on running more than 300 at the most

When my clutch eventually goes, I plan on buying the stage 2+. Like Bad06SS said, our cars don't make that much torque. We really don't need 3 or 3+ unless we are doing like a twincharged setup/supercharger swap/or nitrous.

if you can....waite a bit theres a few places out there that are makeing clutchs for our cars....now that the nice weather is on the way i'd be on the look out for more things.

I can't speak of spec stage 3 or 3+ but I have a SPEC stage 4 and its is friggin awsome.
also stage 4 if I recall was less money then 3 or 3+
