hhmmm the easiest way to find out...

DYNO!! have whoever it is that is running your car to let the car accelerate in 5th gear instead of 4th and do a redline in 5th gear.. and the computer should give you a very close speed..

or have the tester reset the average speed on the little trip thing just before he tops her out..
