the good thing about my gt28 is that its ball bearing , a 20g would give me good power but a crap load of lag, but any word on a intake manifold

Wouldn't twin charge, just going to create way too much heat and be way hard to tune.

Yea you do, it is under the supercharger. You should do a little more research before jumping into a project of this magnitude. Making your own turbo kit is no joke and isn't child's play. Most people that start never finish and waste all that money. Allot of people think just because they have the turbo the rest is easy but is not the case. good luck

i know what im getting into ive had a 12 second eagle talon so i know what goes on and what you need for a turbo setup , what i was asking is for the aluminum box that i would need to bolt on insted of my supercharger being there , just where i can get one made and for how much

I think your getting in over your head. When the post started you were ready to twin charge, now you don't have an intake manifold? You might want to do some more reserch instead of asking ridiculous questions.

Get one from a Saab 9-3T. Its a 2.0T Ecotec. The bolt pattern is the same.
You can also use the intake manifold (to drop the supercharger) from that same engine. the RPO is LK9.

dam dam dam, you beat me to it!!!1

lol intake, turbo back, MBC, race gas and BAM

i forwarn you rite now, do not try this project you DO lack the knowledge to do it properly.

and yes i know EXACTLY what it takes to do this on a cobalt.

stick with your current set up and tweak it out....theres plenty of tuning to do.
