anyway, SS-=MKR=-SS, that'll allow you to at least move you're car, as far as getting service, according to my dealership, no cobalts have had this problem before, so they have no clue how to fix it...if they can't solve the problem this time around I'm taking them to court under the lemon law in PA...

dude, for real, get off it, you continue to drag this on....now if you want to talk about incompetence, you're beating the **** outta your car so much that fuses come loose???? think about it, climb off your pedestal and just end it, all i said was normal wheel hop will not knock a new fuse out of place unless there's something else wrong....call any mechanic, call any shop and they will agree with me, until then, stop wasting SS-=MKR=-SS's time by reading stupid things that you think you have to say so you can look in the mirror and feel better about yourself

Wow is all I can say. Anyways try the things that some of the other members suggested. Hopefully a mod can clean some of this bashing going on. Yes in theory you could possibly vibrate a fuse out. However, it is not that likely. I havnt seen it yet but I would still check them. Make sure your battery is fully charged. Try the pulling the fuse that slvrcobaltscss talked about. If none of that works please let us know so we can try and provide some other technical advice that could help you out.

thank you cobaltperformanceparts....i realize that i was wrong in saying the fuses COULD not come loose, should've rephrased it to unlikely, but never got the chance. some people just have such a short temper and feel they have to act like a tough guy to prove their point. I would rather discuss things and learn from other people than sit here and bash others of the same car community, but that's just me i guess....hopefully someone figures out this security lock out thing soon bc i want my car back, this rental sucks

I wasnt doubting that it cant happen. I have had it once myself on my rx7. However it took a serious jar as I slid off the race track for it to happen. All the advice that was givin was good advice so far. Hopefully one of the items resolves his issue.

and the security thing I had happen once on a friends car, pink wire(Ithink it was) from the pcm got pinched and wouldn't let the car start... spliced t back and all was good..

I just don't like to see people who have experience with these things (darksun's car has comitted suicide many times up to 20,000+ in warranty work, so if you break it, he's already done it) trust me I"m the one that gets the phone call late at night to fix the damn thing
