SS/SC brakes question

is there a difference between ss/sc brakes and 2.2 models? also 2.4 models?
what pads does eveyone recommend for the ss/sc?
also how have drilled/slotted rotors been for the ss/sc guys?
anyone have just slotted?

2.2 are different namely due to 4x100 instead of our 5x110. IIRC, 2.4 are the same as 2.0. I too am looking for rotors/pads...

Hawk HPS pads are great for a ss/sc. INstalled mine bout 4 months ago and they work. Also no build up on the rims either. For the front rotors i went w/ EBC from summit. They're slotted and dimpled I've heard the drilled can easily crack from the heat.
