SS/SC problems 8 codes

Hi, I went to do a turbo swap, then took everything back off and put the supercharger back on, now my car is going into reduced power mode and has 8 cel's they are p0068, p0069, p0121, p1101, p1182, p1183, p2229, p0621. Any ideas? everything is plugged in to the proper place and all vitals are normal until the car acts up. Before I took off my supercharger I had no codes

I did not change the tune, and the codes are
P0068 - mani absolute pressure / MAF - throttle position correlation
p0069 - mani absolute pressure - baro pressure correlation
p0121 - TPS / Switch a circuit/ performance problem
p1101 - intake air flow system performance
p1182 - sc pressure sensor performance
p1183 - Inlet pressure sensor code low voltage
p2229 - baro pressure sensor circuit high voltage
p0621 - Generator l-terminal circuit

So you intalled a stock supercharger set up onto a car that was tune to be turbo, did not retune the car, and are wondering why you have codes?

Retune the car for what you did to it......

No, I installed the cars stock parts (supercharged). The car was tuned for being supercharged not turbo. and when I install my stock parts back on, it freaked out.
