You are misinformed. GM Stage 2 is a 3.03(or 3.06 i forget) pulley, hub, smaller belt, 42.5 lb injectors, and a flash.

get the ottp kit, and either do it yourself, or find a nice shop that is willing to do it for you.. you will probably spend 300 in labor? but you will omg jizz love it.. i have gms2 and i compared it to ottp kit.. bigg difference... especially if you have some cooling mods to support it

its rely not that hard to install is it just tacking the fuel rail off putting in the injectors, then harness. take the belt off replace it with the stage 2 then remove pully and hub and replace it with that stage 2 hub and pulley right.

The OTTP kit is definitely better than the GM kit. 60s>42s. 2.8>3.0x. OTTP tune>GM. Not having to pay dealership to do it>getting butt raped in labor. You can install the OTTP kit if you know how to 1. take off the SC. 2. Change injectors. 3. Can get ahold of a puller/press. The GM kit was a good upgrade for someone worried about warranty and a good upgrade before the OTTP kit came out. Unless you have a 07, the major part of your warranty is over/almost over anyways.

3 year/36k miles bumper to bumper. 5 year/100,000 mile powertrain.

But depending on your dealership, they can check the tune before they do any warranty work.
