how much did you guys pay for stage 2 for the kit and the install from GM? just trying to get a price going here im saving up.....

 

Best place is crateenginedepot.com Then if you want/need to, take it to yuor dealer for install.

 

I got mine through CED, for $500, my dealer installed it for $210 (which that will vary from dealer to dealer, but we have the Best GMPP dealer in the world here in KC Baby!)

It cost me $710 installed!

 

Stage 2 kit costs $550 from Crate Engine Depot not sure about shipping. Normally installation at a dealer is about $200 from what I'v heard.

 

I got mine for $525 shipped and $200 install.

 

Picked mine off of eBay for $365 shipped and had it installed at the dealer nearby for $190.. got the whole thing done cheaper than the dealers price for just stage 2.

 

Is It really that safe to get a stage II off of ebay.. I would be a lil skepticle. Feedback plz.

 

550.00 from crate Engine depot

 

My dealer wants to charge me 577 for the kit and 500 to install. Scotia ny

 

Had mine installed last week. $550 for S2 Kit from Crate Engine Depot, $387 for install from my dealership. Dealer wanted $750 just for the kit....yikes!

 

I wouldn't buy that stuff off e-bay


CED has it for $550 and gmpartsdirect sell the kit for $560 so if you wanna save 10 bucks go with CED


There are many other places that still try to sell it for $600+, I guess they're hoping to get a lot of orders in from n00bs. That's a shame because if they just do a quick search they will find better prices !

Tell Salisbury Chevrolet to stick it up their ass. They charged me almost 200 to install a header that leaked. And then charged me again to take it off because 2 nuts fell off the header/dp flange.
