I noticed that after I got my stage 2 done my car doesn't seem as snappy in first gear. What I had before it was just a 2.8" pulley (not my doing). With the 2.8 the car was VERY touchy in first. I never gave it much gas cause I didn't want to blow the thing up or anything, and I wasn't watching the boost gauge much as I was getting used to the car. After I got stage 2 first gear never felt the same again. In fact it doesn't seem to hit any boost till I give it almost 3/4 throttle and get it up in rpm higher. So my question is, does the gm retune reduce boost in first gear? I actually like it better btw.

 

Noticed yesterday that it will go to about 5psi in 1st and if I don't give it any more gas (just keep the pedal where it is and accellerate at the same speed) it instantly goes back down to 0. I guess the BBV is opening. I don't think it did this with my stock tune. Can anyone verify this with a stock tune for me?
