what kind of HP/TQ can i expect from stage 2 and CAI?

How high would that get with header and GMPP performance exhaust?

I'm sure it's somewhere on these forums, but I got sick of searching.

 

well your car has about 210-220 stock on dyno. The CAI gives lets say 10. GMPP another 30. I would guess about 250-260 dyno with both at the least/most. The other stuff, it depends on the company of the header and the size, 2.5 or 3". I would prob recommend a catback bigger than GMPP if you want to heavily moddify your car. Dont go 3" catback, 2.5 is pleanty

 

250-260 seems a bit high.....Mine with just those mods+a 2.8 pulley made 245hp/217tq

I would say 6 HP for cai. 8-10Hp for the exhaust. Plus stage 2 and you should be around 245-250.

 

No i never had a retune, and no I never had a baserun either. The car needs a retune BADLY. I think the 260-270 range is possible from a better tune, but I wouldn't know, Im just guessing based on what the guy doing my dyno said(they tune VERY HIGH HP stangs)

 

Sorry i did mean about those # with the 2.8 and retune though. But i do think that 250-260 is possible with the Gmoo stage 2, full exhaust, CAI and 2.8 pulley and retune
