Anyone not use theres and want to sell it?

I need one and GM keeps screwing around and won't send me one. Mine was all messed up out of the box and will not stick.

I would jus like to have it under my hood, I'm kinda **** about things like that.

I had my dealer call GM about it and the acted as if I was trying to make a fake Stage 2 car and said they would need verification of stage kit purchase.

I was like hello dumbasses run my VIN it's attached to a Stage 2 serial number and who the **** cares like the sticker is a exterior badge saying Stage 2 or something.

I would imagine not having the CARB certification sticker on a SS/SC in CA would be a problem during emissions testing.
