To my knowledge the only way to get the flash is from the dealer.Anyone can install the hard parts without affecting the warranty.I had the dealer do my whole install and I'm glad I did.The dealer farmed out the pulley R&R to a local machine shop who ruined the coupler in my bower making it really noisy. The dealer warrantied the whole blower.
You will really like the stage two

from my understanding and working at a chevy dealership is that the dealer has to do all install labor in-order to keep the full warranty.

I would say it's a rather "gray area" and who is interpreting the meaning of "full warranty"
Had I installed my stage two pulley and ruined my blower myself naturally that's not a warranty item.If the dealer breaks something, they're going to fix it (unless they're crooks)
For what it's worth,my advice is, if you can not perform ALL of the work yourself including the tune or whatever, and you don't want to have warranty issues later down the road let the dealer do it.Just my opinion

If you install the parts the parts are covered for 12/12000 miles , if the dealer does it they are covered under the bumper to bumper 3/36 waranty. Thats the difference , it wont void your powertrain warranty.

07's have a 5/100,000 bumper to bumper?? I thought that was the powertrain warranty. I'm pretty sure you still only have a 3/36 bumper to bumper.
