I may wait just to see if someone else does it first to see the true gains and confirm that it is only 1 reflash. But the money is burning a hole in my pocket and i am craving more power....

This is my first boosted car and it has instilled a serious power craving in me....

 

I like hearing end of April for the stage 2 kit alot more than end of June... I did put in a call to one of my points of contact specifically about part # 17803229 (stage 2). He actually talked to somebody not just there stupid automated system. He was told they still are scheduled for the end of March, which could be tomorrow and it could be the last day or March.... Said they have heard no such thing about this delay until June... I'm beginning to know if anyone at GM even has a clue at this point. I have an e-mail in to gmpartsdirect as well, haven't gotten a response as of yet, when I do i'll post it. So, looks like if you talk to 5 different eople, you're going to get several different answers....

 

What dealership is this??? I'm like 10 minutes outside of MR and my dealership here in Burnaby doesn't know ****

LOL, i just recieved the same email posted earlier stating the end of April for the stage 2, o'well i just ordered a K&N CAI, and SS style Hood to hold me off until then.

 

i bought a wack of stuff to hold me till stage 2 lol, all of which help performance at some point or another

 

This is the first time an 'Altered Vehicle Label' has been mentioned. I guess this means we get badge(s)... YEAH!

Now I have to spend the next few weeks tormenting myself with the decision...

I think so too. They don't mention reflash anywhere else in the email.....

 

Its not gonna come out anytime soon. they have done moved on the the 2007 Solstice. i got tired of waiting

 

Honestly folks that doesnt make any sense. "Alternate vehicle label" how does that equate to reflash. Most likely it is badging of some sort.

 

Now we know what is taking so long they needed all that time to come up with an Alternate vehicle label

 

Honestly I was getting upset until i heard they only got the CARB # in the end of feb.

Agreed. The reflash is probably tied into the "fuel injector kit" portion

 

Most likely the "Badge " is to prove the modifications are "Emissions Certified".
I also plan on Stage 1 then later to Stage2, to see the gains.

 

Well that makes sense......Purly speculation!
