Question stage 2 question?

okay so i was looking at stage 2 and all the kits i found are really expensive if you buy it as a kit. so what my question is... can you buy the pulley, belt, injectors seperate and have them installed? what else do i need?

car is stock except aem intake, should i get other upgrades before i go to stage 2 or am i fine?

just go with the gm stage II from Crate engine depot. Put it on yourself and take it to the dealer for the reflash. Full warranty and lots more power. Then if you really want to spend money get water meth and a dyno tune.

I got my stage 2 from createengedepot and then some colder plugs, and it ran strong, Ran with a 5.7 GTO from a 20mph roll in first to about 80 when we shut down.

So we can install the Stage 2 ourselves and just take it to the Dealership for a reflash? Does it void the Warranty if we install ourselves?

no it wont, the pcm needs the be recalibrated for the larger injectors. just dropping a bigger injector in will cause it to run very rich and set codes.

iirc, you need the card with the reflash number that comes in the stage kit to get the dealer do the reflash. no card, no flash.

for it to be covered by warranty, it must be installed by a gm techy.
