Stage 3 computer with 2.8 and 60's
Would the stage 3 computer work with my setup...its the tag 2.8 and 60's with a shitty custom tune...reason I was thinking the stage 3 ecu is Im thinking it will solve my tuning problems.
Im on a tune from a guy named RON and the timing is too far advanced, it misses at idle and runs real rough has misfire codes stored...I thought it was tuned for 42s as well but wasnt sure
another ron tune i feel for ya i have the same tune .
Do not get hpt get a dyno tune.you will get a lot of help here when it comes to people saying buy it but very little when it comes to tuning and figuring out all the program does.

dyno tune vs street tune varies greatly. the ability to make changes per weather, altitude changes, or simple fuel changes.

remember that if you buy HPtuners, you'd have to KNOW how to tune.
Its not as easy as you really think it is.

i've been studying how to tune for 2 months now and all the basics about it and it really is about customizing.

the ls3 doesn't use ve.
most of the 07+ stuff actually doesn't now.
death. start small. like torque management small.
i also found out how to kill the throttle body on an 8.1 liter
