if i dont do anything with cooling mods and drop on 42.5# lucas injectors a 2.9 -3.0 pulley and stage 3 pcm will i end up blowing my supercharger or damaging my engine?

 

you will end up with knock retard and sacrificing power. would be best to stick with a stage 2 pulley, you could actualy lose power by going smaller as the pcm will be pulling timing. best to get a cobra heat exchanger, possibly a dual pass.

Generally, the rule is if you don't know the answer to the question you are asking you probably shouldn't do it (it's a bit of murphy's law). Trial and error on a car is pretty expensive. This is sort of the question that get's answered on here every 10 minutes or so. Seeing that the stage 3 pulley is 77.9mm or 3.06 inches means swapping to a 3 inch will do just about nothing.
