Stage 3 with nitrous dyno

Ok, I don't have the GM stage 3 however, I have basically the same setup.

The mods:
2.8 Pulley
42# injectors
HPtuners (soft tune)
50 shot of nitrous 3500-6800 RPMS

All 3rd gear:

1st pull no nitrous
2nd pull 50 shot
3rd pull 50 shot (better pressure and purged, hence the 290 ft lbs of tq)

Vary nice numbers. I can not wate till out get that thing to the track. What is your injector duty cycle. You can probly drop it with the wet kit but with your first run I would like to know because with 2.8 and 42s people have been saying that the injectors are maxed out????? I know it is on a car by car basis but I would like to know how yours is holding up....

it also looks like the drop in ur AFR lowered your tq until it went back up at 6200

woooo sounds like you need the 60lbs. How about the GB from TAG??? We are getting really close to the 3 teir>>> Any way just a little nudge but like I said you should be OK when you hit the Wet kit but just be safe...

How does it feel on the road. Give us the play by play up to 100.

Better yet show us a video.. Closed course and alll and make sure it is on dry pavment I know the wether is bad all over the US so be carfull.

I wouldn't do a dry kit without bigger injectors.

I have the stage 2 tune with stock timing for nitrous.

You setup is kind of in the neighborhood of stage 3, but remember the GM pulley is actually a 2.99.

Also, remember the GM kit has 100 octane capabilities. So what i want to see is a GM Stage 3 Cobalt with GM header and GM exhaust doing a dyno run with a tank full of 100 octane and a 50 shot.

My money is that 300 would be easily obtainable with this setup. And it would be as reliable as can be.

Well now i'm just rambling, but great numbers man!

A header is on my list of things to pick up, it's just a matter of what header at this point.

Also I plan on doing a 75 shot with some 100 octane fuel.

My tune is also very conservative , my AFR could be a bit higher (12.25-12.5) and I could of done a 75 shot with my timing.

112% duty isnt terrible, they wont fail till 120% but id get the 60's

and with some exhuast work, that car would open up like a can of tuna!
