Stage kits overpriced....

Well I bought my stage 2 kit today, and have it in my hand. I decided to see what a set of 4 42 lb injectors cost and I found a set of Bosch 42/lb/h fuel injectors for 175 bucks. So... I paid 475 for this kit, where does the other 300 come from? The ECU remap? WTF, its freaking software, shurely it didnt cost more to program then doom 3 or ES Oblivion which I can buy for under 50 bucks, so WTF.

How the hell is a supercharger pulley and belt etc in the stage 2 kit cheaper then the stage 1 kit? OMG.

Sorry had to vent.

You are also paying for the warranty and the rest goes toward GM's overhead.

It may only be a simple reflash to you but don't forget about the research & development time that went into the testing phase. Thanks to R & D your car runs like a kitten but roars when you open the throttle. I think it was worth the money

I also was quoted 1264$can but told then I can get it for 637U.S he then said he can knock out 200$ from it to bring it down to 1064$ still a lot of money. There's has to be a better way to get a better price...
