I have a shop by me called "Cobalt Addiction" they have a website that shows some of the different parts I can install into my cobalt, I wanted to know if there stage 4 kit will still pass emissions I sent an E-Mail to them but they still haven't responded.

Stage 4 Kit includes:

2.6 ZZP Interchangeable Pulley system , 2 step colder ngk IRIDIUM spark plugs , GM shortened belt , ZZP Adjustable Tensioner , 60# Siemens Injectors , Injector Wiring Harness, Stage #4 Retune ... Est. 75 Hp / TQ over stock - 20psi boost

Get some cooling mods too.

 

Well atleast the kit isnt messing with any of your exhaust such as the cats so it probably would pass unless that tune really fouls up the ozone layer
