i wouldnt recomend any of them esp not the CA stage 2 cuz that pulley maxes the idc's of those injectors, alot of canned tunes suck, personally i would go with a 2.7 or 2.8 or whatever u prefer and some 60lbs injectors and get a good tune from someone around u with hptuners unless ur worried about warranty in that case get GM stage 2

In a perfect world everyone would do it this way. ^^^^^

But if you don't have a RELIABLE tuner near by you have other options.

If safety is your main concern go with the rebel kit. Your IDCs will be fine and there is room to grow with custom tuning if you decide to go that route.

I hear ya. I would have to drive 3 hours before I would find someone who I would trust with my car. So if he is like me a custom tune might not be an easy option.

So I like to point out Rebel cause they are not trying to blow people's **** up like Intense. And their stage 1 is a safe powerful setup. And some guy on Redlineforums put down 281 hp He has a catback exhaust, 2.8, 60 lbs injectors, and k&n intake system.

So start with the Rebel kit and then if you can find a tuner have them customize it for your car.

I personally would have skipped over GMS2 if Rebels Stage 1 kit was out 7 months ago.

Tom aka "wickesss2005" tuned me about a month or so ago. not only does the car run like a 8 year old trying to get away from micheal jackson, it got better gas mileage on the trip back from his place.(about a 3 hour drive). Chood711 and I went up and we both got tuned, and both of us picked up about 3-4 mpg better on the trip home.

rebel stage 1 seems like the best bet if you don't want to buy a custom set up

Rebel's dyno numbers read low. They site 220whp for GM Stage 2. As you know most people see 245-250whp on GM Stage 2. So their dyno numbers read 25-30whp low.

They dyno their Stage 1 kit at 245whp. If you add 25-30whp to that you are talking about 275-280whp with the Rebel kit.

Pretty nice. And because you are running a 2.8" pulley cooling mods are not required however recommended.

So like I said this is a good starting point for anyone modding their car.

1. Get the Rebel Stage 1 kit and you will see big gains for a small price.

2. Get their 3" intake when you have the money

3. Add a FMIC, GM dual pass, cat-back etc.

4. Then if you want to maximize your setup find a tuner.
