STG 2 Pricing CONFIRMED

Ok people I just called a very well known gmpp dealer around here. The numbers do come up. She said that the list price is there and it will be $750 before install... installation is 1.5hrs at a rate of $91 per so... in the USD currency the cost will be $886 fully installed... no release date and it said parts not in stock.... GM SUPRCHG UPGRD KIT PART NUMBER 17803229 Stage 2

She said the price will not vary from dealer to dealer on the install.... DONT KILL ME FOR THIS THREAD

get some visual proof if you want people to beleive these prices ...

I actually happen to beleive you since those were the leaked prices that bwward posted from that one email from his sister ... (not that thats official but its all starting to fall in place)

I'm not too excited for these kits and will try to log on when I am in Australia to see how dissapointed everyone is once the hype is gone ...j/k

well here are the reasons I beleive the pricing

1. I was able to have a one on one talk with a GMPP engineer. He told me $750 stg2
2. At autorama they had the GMPP display and that guy told me $750 stg2
3. The dealership I just called told me the same price but also gave me the important information about it being a price sans installation.

People can beleive what they want but I just wanted to let people know as WJT-demon did that we are getting closer. CARB testing is over, pricing is out, and it appears in the system... now we just need delivery

Wow, so when I see the screen for myself, and the parts guy at the counter tells me $637 we are both wrong. Love the immature accusations. When I get a receipt for it, I'll be sure to let you know exactly what I paid by posting it up!

I was told the same price when my parts manager called GM one day for me. Some people will pay $750, that is the retail price. But we all know that there are ways to get things under retail.

And we have already been told that the dealers only pay 525 or around there for the kits....

Ditto. Plus my birthday is coming up and this is what I asked for, so between money from parents and grandparents, I shouldn't have to pay any of my own money for it.
