I am guessing all those what I wanted will might be around $1,200 for a good mods on the supercharger.

I'm sure mrbelvedere will have something to say against the following, but why not just spend a little bit more and buy a TVS instead of spending so much on the m62?
And so we are clear I mean a used TVS.

Why is it waste of money if you make your Supercharger lighter ? IMO when the Supercharger is lighter and it should be faster plus the cooling mods/porting in the Supercharger too that helps. It will might be close to TVS. You never know.
It's still smaller than a tvs capacity wise (1.0L vs. 1.3L) and less efficient when running higher boost. The tvs already runs cooler, has a larger inlet, and has more twist in the rotors. If that stuff wasn't so expensive I'd say go for it but since you could upgrade to a better blower for a couple hundred more (in the past week I've seen 2 tvs's for sale for 1350 and 1500) you might as well do that.

Yelcal, (btw.. euthanasia polishes too, great deal too)
Why don't you just buy a set of these balanced lightweight m62 rotors... go dyno your car as is, re-install with the new rotorpack and post the gain, if any.
