Stock boost gauge ?

Hey guys are our stock boost gauges mechanical or eletrical? and how hard is it to switch the stock one with an aftermarket autometer? i want to put the autometer ES gauge in. And just to put this in can i get some pictures on how to put in a triple gauge piller in and with different types of gauges. Thanks in advance

An interceptor is a great gauge that can monitor lots of things. It's stupid to buy electrical boost gauges when mechanical ones are much better .

It's stupid to replace the stock one unless its broken or doesnt read high enough for your car its accurate enough for boost imo. Do you really care if it says 17.7 instead of 17.5. O p.s what are you doing with your stock gauge? Damn canadian ones in Kpa

If you are going to change the stock gauge you should change it to a mechanical gauge, they are more accurate then electrical gauges. The stock gauge in itself is a piece of garbage imo and I do care what the gauge reads when I tune my car. I want it to be EXACT at all times. Tuners and people who really mod there cars care about these types of things
