can a stock block ss cobalt take a stage 1, 2 or 3 pulley kit? can the engin handle that? wheres a good site or place where i could get a stage kit?

Stage 2 is fine. If you are going to go with a stage 3 kit you need to get an aftermarket block.

you dont need a new block haha, there are TONNES of people running custom tunes with better output then the stage 3 from gm... like me, who have done nothing to the block, silly noobs, hondas are for kids!
