I was taking my supercharger off today to replace the gasket and one of the top bolts is stripped.. the dude that did my engine work when it blew i guess stripped it and i cant get the damn thing off!!!
what should i do???

 

Ugh.. That blows.. Getcha one of those things from Auto Zone or Sears that pulls out stripped bolts.. Ask them, they will know what it is!! You'll have to take off your fuel rail and coolant line when you go to get that stripped bolt out for more room I'm sure. It shouldn't be to bad.. Be sure to pick up a replacement Bolt while your out!

 

It depends on the location of the bolt. If you can get someone to pry up on it and put a lot of pressure upward on it while you try and get it out, you may get it out without any problems.

 

Just like Coopn8r said, get one of those stripped bolt tools. It will definitely tear up the bolt because it has sharp teeth that dig into the sides to hook on so you can need to get another bolt.
