Well guys i got all the parts ordered for fix my bike and the parts to put my cavalier on the road.

I need to get the 2.4 block powder coated so i can get it honed.
Then get the rotating assembly balanced.
Finish the head
Then start assembling is.

Im hoping by the end of next month.
It all depends on how much i have to work. I work 10-16 hrs a day 6 days a week. So not much cobalt time during the spring and summer.

Blah. Which plant you work at? I was at the hpmp plant in Boonville from thanksgiving-new years installing/programming an automated cell and have to go back in a week or two to fix some stuff.

After hanging in my garage for 3 months all wrapped up it still shines.
I forgot i needed to extend the key way before having it balanced. Ill do that today.

It's a straight forward install

Weld the manifold endplate bypass shut and flat to clear the blower. The TVS 1900 has a internal bypass

Use studs instead of bolts to mount the blower, makes it much easier to align the blower.

I think lastly the upper radiator hose needed to be disconnected in order to fit the blower into place, reconnect and done

I don't remember if euthanasia had put a stock belt on my car or a slightly longer one, its been a few years.

your key is to hard a standerd hardened key or a non hardened key or the preferred piece to use the snout of the crank isn't hardened
