Im changing the shape of the port slightly as u can see on #4 it just needs to be polished

You said, number 4 just needs to be polished, you do not want to polish intake ports. A roughness is needed for fuel atomization and to prevent fuel puddling on the port floor

Oh i see..
I was always told that really only applied to NA cars..
A sc or tc car has the turbulence on its side.
Am i not correct?

I've been doing some talking with a few engine builders and its still not recommended.
If anything use some 120 gritt sand rolls to rough it up some.

Oh ok that works...
I have a very good selection if flapper wheels.. 60,80,120,180,240,320. FREE

I was gona say the port is extremely rough right now..
The head on my 2.0 right now has a extremely smooth finish in the intake and exhaust it made a big difference wen i put it on.
