You should be fine, just keep an eye on your clutch and axles. Unless they fixed that for 07.

To be honest, I am more worried about the crazy wheel hop and the damage that can do. I put on an ingalls stiffy, but I have not had good weather or my summer wheels on to see if that has helped the problem, and that is with a stock ss. Is more power going to mean even crazier wheel hop?

save for axles.
plain and simple.
you cant have a power ful car without having some stock components failing.
its up to you, buy them install them and go to the track, or make power, go the track snap and axle there and deal with bs.
up to you.

so put less stress on axles check out the front and rear mounts tag offers
also control arm bushings work well for cobalts.

Tag stage 1 sounds pretty good to me. The next question I have is how much did you guys pay for it. The pricing on tag's website seems quite reasonable but did you all do the install yourself or have them do it, if you had them do it what was the price for install/a dyno run.

The install is 2.5hrs @ $85CDN.

If you want custom tuning on the dyno it's $250CDN/hr and it takes 1-2 hours depending on your mods (Cam's take a while )

Your other option is to get the TAG Stage 1, which comes with everything you need and a reflash of your PCM. 3 runs on the dyno is $85 with A/F.

mase buddy, have you perused through the gm stage 3 instructions i gave you.
i have a boner for that mod!
i wanna throw that on so we can tweak it and use the endplate and th hardware to its full potential, i may wanna grab a set of those front a rear mounts around the same time to makesure and test em out to make sure i dont get any false knock.
also my aeroforce gauges are in chicago now

Wow so basically you're saying I could get tag stage 1 installed for about $850 cdn. Sounds like a deal to me. I want more power in the spring so now I have two months to debate weather or not 20 extra WHP and saving about 250 bucks vs gm stage II is worth voiding my warranty. ahh decisions decisions....

you will still have a warrenty, a tag tune wont make your sunroof malfunction or make yer paint start bubbling.
if you have any issues with the kit, tag stands by the work they do and will resolve your issue if any arise.
i had stage 2 before this and its night and day, but its up to you bro
plus the car runs smoother in everyday normal driving conditions now as apposed to the 2 stage2 flashes i had and the stock flash
