tensioner pulley.

i have a gm stage 2 belt, and a 2.8" pulley. is stock tensioner sufficient, or should i get an aftermarket one? anyone experience slippage?

im gonna be running a stock pulley with the tensioner and a 2.6. you should be find without the tensioner pulley

I have stage with the GM stage 3 pulley (2.9). All is well here.

You shouldn't have a problem. However, i am having slippage issues with stock belt and the 2.9. I'm just too damn lazy to put on my stage 2 belt. haha

I got slip with the stock belt and the stage 2 pulley...that new belt is significantly shorter, though.
