Is there a descent intake out there???

Ok all these problems with the injen, i had problems with my K&N....I want a intake that is reliable not going to get cut by our fenderwell or anywhere!!!!!!

Fujita?

seems like that would have the least fitment issues because of the design, but a pain in the ass to install.

what was wrong with your K&N?

well nothing for a while...But what started to happen it rubbed against my fenderwell and luckily i got it out in time but it was cutting a hole into my intake say another 5 months and it woulda been through....

did you put the rubber hosing around the hole in the fender?

yes the rubber hosing doesnt do **** to prevent that man...Overtime it will still cause it...Now im considering the aem just for the fact that its better than stock and it still uses the stock airbox

I have had my K&N now for 8 months, and no rubbing issues at all! Not even a small scratch where it goes into the fenderwell!

When did you get your injen, I have one from January of this year on my car, it fits awesome, doesnt touch anywhere and fits great!

Yeah the injen was re-designed to fit better.
The only visual difference when they are on the car is
the old one has the big ractangular Injen badge and the new one has a small circular badge instead.

problem with injen is that the older pipes dont fit so hot and they are completely unresponsive to replacing the older pipes.
