Vibrant is your friend. They made long ones too. Vibrant 17950. I was gonna use that one when i was gonna do a 3inch setup..

You can get 3" magnaflow resonators on ZZP (add 20$). Hope that helps

ok so i have an 06 LSJ.
last night i put a 3 in catless DP on it with the Hahn 3in cat back, and a jbp header, not one bit of rasp.
sounds identical to a scooby and is surprisingly quiet.

yes catless lsj are raspy...

i have a blown out cat for pretty much as long as i can remember and i have a 3"x30" Cherry Bomb Glasspack(all it has done is blow out and get loud again) for a resonator and never took off the stock muffler...still has rasp

my first setup...

jbp vortex "noodle" header

cti 3" catted(magnaflow...that blew out probably within the first couple days after i put it on there, never knew it til i pulled it off for the long lube

) dp

3" x 30"(body)

Here's the dp and the res bolted up...30" is the longest i could get to fit in there

here it is being installed to show how tight of a fit it is

not the best pic, but thats installed

window down partially, tvs(80mm) raw 3" cai...exhaust leak

noodle + cti dp, no cat back 4tehlulz

2nd setup...
then the noodle and cti got replaced with the ottp long tube/catted dp(blew out on the stock tune, too rich melted it out)

and finally as it sits now...

this is right after i installed the Long Tube same mods as before otherwise

windows down

thankfully cant hear much rasp inside with the windows up, but windows down, esp next to some k-rail it sounds nasty

eventually however i plan on going to stainless works and having them make me a custom 3"/2.5" cat back...eventually

3" v-band flange to a 3" dia x 30" long resonator staying 3" over the axle where it'll split to dual 2.5" mufflers(not sure which size im going with yet) im thinking it should be pretty quiet even with my TVS...i hope

i still love the sound of this setup(i would never have it on my car though...would annoy pretty quick) despite all of its loud raspyness
