This is how its is suppose to be installed, in case anybody wants to know. I ended up not needing it. I decked both flanges and went over welds before install, and all is well. But I was had it in case i needed to install it. Found my leak yesterday, it was the dp to catback flange. Wasn't tightened all the way *doh* that was me.

Just a heads up.
