With the SS/SC you want to try and keep boost as low as possible in order to maintain efficiency of the blower, and to keep temps down. Its hard to say how much boost one will make with a particular setup on the LSJ, because so many factors affect it (climate, elevation, supporting mods, etc.). I suggest you dont shoot for boost numbers, and perform a little more research on setups for the SS/SC.

I understand.

Just remember more boost does not always equal more power.

Now, if you have the proper supporting mods for the 2.8 you can expect a little more hp and a nice bump in torque.

Dual Pass or Single Pass Setup.

i reroutes the way the fluids flow thru the IM to keep temps cooler.

Like i mentioned before there are too many factors that come into play to try and compare boost levels per given setup. I could have the exact same setup as you, and make less or more boost just due to the simple fact of our locations and elevations.

I'm on a 2.8, making 250 whp with the mods in my sig. I have minimal cooling mods and showing about 17 psi boost. I'm pretty sure my car is pulling timing due to heat, and my cat-back needs some opening up as well. To make 270, you may want to look into meth injection or E85. Personally, I'm switching over to E85 and 80 lb injectors to get in that power range..

Ethanol my friend... grain alcohol. Allows you to run lots of timing without getting knock. Google it, there's lot of info on it.

Damn son shooting for 18 psi is tough you might need that noodle header and 1.5" exhaust, maybe some extra head flow restriction.

With a blower, who ever is making the least amount of boost with the same pulley is making the most power (barring any boost leaks).
