I was wondering if anyone knows were Thomas Vitas is? I still haven't recieved my Torque Brace that I ordered mths ago? I am very dissappointed and wondering whats going on with these products....I was looking forward too installing it in Sept. and its now Nov. and no brace. Is anyone waiting for a brace? He is no longer a vendor on CSS. I haven't heard any more information on the braces since late October.

How did you pay for them? You can file a claim with your credit card if you are unable to contact him. Do you still have a contact number?

 

What he's doing is mail fraud and bad faith - he will go to jail or pay serious fines if he doesn't send your money back or the product before you file a claim.

 

Well I am trying too avoid doing that.....I just want my brace thats it! I paid 100 bucks for it. So Vita if your out there please send me email and let us all know whats going on????

 

He does respond to e-mails. vita@ironmandevelopments.com (I think that's it). He also replies to PM's only.

either way, they're coming very soon. i should have the brackets back very soon, and they go out, this is my last loose end (shipping orders) to tie up in the selling of the business to another. the new owner will treat you all good.

 

Guys we don't need comments from the peanut gallery speculating about the business transaction between two parties. I would perfer we handle situations like these over email or PM and not start a thread about it.
