Transmission mounts

Are they worth the money and will they help per say with traction or are they mainly just to prevent wheel hop?

they do not completely elimante wheel hop but the are a big help pair that with cab's and you are fine. I would recommend the intense suspension package it worked well for me.

JoeWorksTooHard filled his motor mounts with polyurethane & he says he feels a difference in getting traction & hindering wheel hop.

Yea, Joe's shifter vibrates more than mine does b/c he has those motor mounts filled... The whole car seems to vibrate more @ idle.

i'd give a strong recommendation. car shifts much better, feels better all around. i still can't go more than 3/4 throttle in first, can go full throttle in all of 2nd though. and before i put htem on, i couldn't go anywhere near 1/2 throttle in first.

definitely worth it for the price imo.

Many have went with the Turbo Tech Racing transmission bushings. Also having wheel hop may be worse than you think. It could cause you to damage a lot, for example axles.

exactly.

also, i can say that there is NO more violent hopping around. the wheels spin, but it never feels like anything is about to break. before i put them on, i wouldn't even consider launching the car hard. now i'm not worried about it anymore.
