Turbo Swap problems

Warning this will be a somewhat long story...

So needless to say, car was running fine, I took it to the repair shop to get it worked on to get bumper fixed from a minor accident. Car would go into full boost before that no problems, now its like the car doesn't even want to go into boost, if I gradually go up in RPM's the car will build boost to about 10 lbs. The BOV works and the Wastegate seems to be working.

The thing is if I give the car gas (wot) in second or third gear, even fourth, the car will go up to like 2 psi and be pig rich, 10.0 or richer. I know my wideband works, brand new sensor... the car also doesn't knock during this process. My ltft are off by -20.3 until I give it more throttle then they go back up to about -4 to -8, they never really go into positive. Stft never really go into the positives either. The car was at around 15 lbs tonight where the car would hold it, then the turbo would loose a little boost on the way to building full boost, like the wastegate wasn't working or something, yet i could hear the exhaust dumping out of the dump tube.

I guess what my question really is here is do you guys think this is just in the tune or something wrong with the car?

Here is the update,

I have bought a new maf sensor and will be putting that in tomorrow as well.

Possibly a charge pipe leak.

Boost leak. Check your charge pipes. Yes your going to be rich when your at 5k rpms and your car is calling for all that fuel and not getting any air to match
