Turbo Update
Ppl are mad cause its not pretty LOL...Trust me it actually looks better in person...you pop the hood and everyone goes...DAMN...Its ALL business under the hood no chrome no tacky rice **** just heat wrap and only things needed to go fast. I'm no ricer...its clean and fast and loud. The way i see it heat wrap is good looking cause it means well thought out details and higher efficiency...maybe that is just the engineer in me.
on the manifold..its a tri y to a 3" uppipe for the turbo. The wastegate is Yed into the up pipe. The down pip is about 10" of 2.5" to get the exhaust out of the engine bay then it goes straight 3" to the elctronic cutout and the 36" magnalfow 3" striaght thru to the stock tip.
Its loading up on fuel at the top of the gears and getting spark blowout..so its actually loosing quite a bit of top end.
When u shift gears u lose boost and it come back in at about 11psi then it has to rebuild the other psi..its just that the turbo is huge
and that subaru went 13.1 and we were pulling on him over 80mph every time.

just to throw it out there, while all of you turbo guys are in one spot, how much do you want for your stock blower? I just need one so I can rebuild it, with new 20K bearings and grind the snout and port and polish the hell out of it. Because my car is my ONLY way to get around. and i am still in college and drive ~60 miles round trip....so, I can't do it to my personal one just yet....sorry, I didn't want to be a post *****, just wanted to take the oppurtunity at hand.
