My car turns over but doesnt start.. i checked the bleed valve for the injectors and theres no gas that comes out of it. and i have a CEL but dont know what it could be because i dont have a scanner

Bad fuel pump? Maybe. Got to have fuel, air, and spark. When you turn the key on can you hear the fuel pump starting up?

 

im not sure i hear noises like my intake and some other things but i can pin point it. fuel pump is in the back right?

I had to get a new wire harness because my old one had wires showing. so i dont think its the new harness

 

Yes pump is in the rear. Not sure on these cars if its external or in the tank. When you tuen the key you should hear a quick and slight buzzing for a second or two. Thats the pump priming the fuel system.

 

I hear like a high pitch whistle noise but its not that loud thou

 

check your plugs and tell us what you see.... that can kinda determine a lot....

what harness and when did you do this? has the car ran since you changed it?

 

check ur spark plugs, and if you want, take out an injector and see if fuel flows from the rail. The bleed valve on mine doesnt flow anything, but when i took out the injectors, you bet your ass gas was flowing.

either u gt no fuel or no spark. bad plugs would be the first thing to check for no spark, and making sure fuel is in the fuel rail is the fastest way to make sure your getting fuel. Double check your connections for the fuel rail wiring harness as well

 

theres not fuel in the fuel rail and i just put new ngk iridium plugs in a couple weeks ago
