Couple months back I decided it's time to replace my 116k engine in my 07 SS/SC.

Heres the list:


Short Block
Euthanasia's LSJ sleeve girdle (In progress until other goodies are in)
Diamond 9.5:1 Forged Pistons -
Total Seal Gapless ring set -
ATI Crank Pulley -
Neutral Balance Shaft Delete kit -
K1 H BEAM Rods -
Main & Rod bearings
stock crank
Balance the entire rotating assembly - Waiting for rods to arrive
End result should be a 8k redline or higher

HEAD
Supertech springs & retainers
valves-
valve guides -
Aggressive head port (Done by none other than Euthanasia here on CSS)
GMR cams -
Bates Solid lifters

Transmission
My trusty 116k LSD Trans

When I ran the 1900 on the motor box stock... it was doing 25 psi on a 3.6 pulley.
Given the head port, cams... I wanna keep it below 18 psi to maintain peak efficiency

redline will be 8192 - Thats as high as HPtuners will allow me to go
I would love to know how ZZP went higher

im sure you know already, but thats the limits of the factory pcm, not just hp tuners. i believe the zzp drag car that layed down 898hp used a stand alone fuel management
