i wanna make a 2.5 on a tvs to squeeze as much power as possible out of it its not a dd and i don't wanna go turbo....I have a m62 ported with a 2.7 its either tvs or stage 5 m62 i have been told tvs on 2.5 is nasty....I was wondering what supporting mods to do cause i wanna do it correct even if that means forged internals....

At that point it all depends on the tune. People have done fine on the TVS without internals on a small pulley and people have blown the motor with a conservative pulley. Tuning is almost always the difference. Your main concern in keeping it together is basically fuel and cooling. And you need to stay on top of what the car's doing, obviously.
