Sounds like your car is allergic to the TVS. Send the TVS to me!

how big are your injectors?

reason I ask is bc the car that I helped install a TVS on ran almost perfect at idle with 80#.

Was kind of shocking in all honesty

they are 80's and all my sensors are hooked up fine. one thing i noticed is some kinda boost line that hooks up underneath the supercharger is almost to short and to get it to fit on stretchs the line out alittle and maybe its pinched. i ordered the ottp stage 3 kit so it did come with a tune.

ah i know what u r talking about, trying to think how i hooked mine up. If i remember correctly that line runs beside the engine, cant remember what the part it is called but it is bolted on. Unbolt it and bring it closer to the blower. Its right above my tb in this picture

And the line that is resting on the edge of the blower(shiny line) in this picture, u can see where it runs to

yea its the one that hooks up the that bypass selanoid underneath the super charger. thats the only thing i can think of that has it not idling right. and when i touch the gas just alittle it jumps up to 3000 rpms and just stays there

actually i dont know if this will cause it to not idle right but the injector harness the 80's came with i never replaced cause i had 60's on there before, but the 80s snapped right in so i never worried about replacing it. i might have to throw the 60's back in with my old tune and see if it runs right, maybe i got a bad tune from ottp

could be possible, what was your old tune like. I ran the tvs for 2 weeks, didnt hammer on the gas though with a tune for 60's/2.8 and meth for the m62 and it ran fine so u could get away with that. but try checking the line first. then, check your tune.

Just make sure its the tune before you call them about that. Or try and get a hold of josh and he can probably help you with the issue.

no i cracked my map sensor the first time i did it and my new one came in the mail today, so i shaved it and put it on and it fit just fine this time, i fixed the vacum line that goes the the bypass under the supercharger and still idles funny. the only thing i got left to try is the tune, so im about to throw my 60's back in and my old tune to see what it does

Did you send in your PCM or did they send you a new one. I'm wondering how hard it is to
do a crankcase variation relearn with out a scan tool and yes I did receive my TVS with
the stock pulley and I the 2.9 I ordered was not in the box.
