TVS Race Slips

Post your track times here if you have a TVS setup. I'm debating on whether I should get the Hahn level 5 or TVS in the future. I would prefer the Hahn setup, but it's so expensive. So let's see those times and see if it competes!

I'm not a fan of the tvs on the ss. It won't make near the power the hahn turbo kit will.

You can be wrong about that. Most people who are running the TVS are running a base tune or the biggest pulley for it right now. They'd have to bump up there motor before they do anything else with it. I'd rather put a TVS on my car than a turbo just to be different from everyone else. That's why I'm planning on pushing like 300-350 with the stock M62 watch me

Everything to get me up to like 290 thats like what the most a m62 will push. port and polish the head and blower. porting the head is like 50 hp and the blower would depend on how much i get it ported.

LoL! NO. It might be 50 hp for someone actually moving air with a turbo setup. But, I'd imagine you wont see more than 20 with the m62.

With all the work and ported head and ported heaton you MIGHT see 300whp on a happy dyno.

not really, There's air still moving through the head pushed by the blower. Rebel auto works head is for the LSJ and they say 50whp gains basically. I know a guy that can do that for me not as far as RAW takes the head but real close.

yes i have the dyno sheet to prove it . A stock lsj with just a catback and cai picked up 58 whp and 38 wtq. with the fully cnc ported head. Its true our heads really suck.

You can think what you want, but, I don't see a ported head giving you 50whp on top of a fully bolted m62 car. Everyone would do it.

That TVS was on a base tune . A dialed in TVS car will run as good if not better than a tuned and bolted TC.

I love my sc but im waiting to see what zzp turbo kit for the lsj will do and how much before I deside to turbo or tvs. If they can put out numbers like there 2.4 turbo kit with the lsj kit for around the same price then that's the way I'm going.

You will see much more than 20whp with a ported head on a m62.. Thats what is holding them back from hitting 300whp.

I made 50 more whp on a stock engine with a real shitty header and a stock pulley on a heaton with ported head
