TVS needs suspension mods too... hell the m62 even needs them.

really, only wheelhop breaks axels... Get some rotated mounts youll be fine.

Obviously suspension mods will cost the same if you buy the same parts.... derrrrrrrr.
But the suspension upgrade you will need to effectivly put down 300hp compared to 400hp will definatly differ. I don't see the confusion here. I can smell the ignorance.

If you wanna look at it that way...

Your SC has a "smooth" power deilvery.. meaning youll have more power down low, obvious due to turbo lag.

what has more traction? car with 8 psi to the wheels in first, or a car with no boost?

You dont need 1000 worth of suspension mods to use 400 hp... its not like when u hit the gas and your car just spins out of control...

K thanks.

Mr. Ignorant.

Lots of ignorance in this post then.

There aren't an insane amount of suspension mods available for this car, you're going to be using the same setups to efficiently put down 300 or 400.

Mounts, inserts, drag bags, axles, coilovers. The only difference may be in the actual suspension tuning.

I was not thinking in terms of 1st gear. On our cars that gear will always suck. In second though with full boost I have spun out before trying the push through it. Haven't you ever seen a viper spin out in 3rd gear? Fact is front wheel drive + ass loads of power quite often equals dizzy driver depending on the circumstance and speed.

ANyway we are off topic... it doesnt matter. I with draw from this. Just decide which on you want and buy it. An unmodded cobalt is an unhappy one.

i would suggest upgraded axels but thats my opinon.

to the op it seems like the 2 options have there benefits and negitives.
tvs - smoth power, always there as soon as you hit the gas, less expensive, easier install
hahn lvl v - higher peak power, faster at drag strip, more options for tune.

since you mentioned you wish for this to be a daily driver i would go with tvs. the setup seems to be better for a day to day use. now if you plan on ripping it up on the track i would say hahn. either way its a good choice but products are great.

ps - all opinons express in this comment are those of the member who posted and are in no way professional lmao

the turbo kit would be cool for big power but i just think there is more fun to be had in these cars while still being supercharged...plus the tvs look great under the hood and if i ever got one i kno exactly where i would take it to get a toon

I looked into both, was gonna pick Hahn but I got a CTS-V instead. I would get the turbo kit to be different and more power potential. A Massive sheet metal intake will look pretty pimp under the hood as well.

I still have the cobalt, but it's not getting any more goodies for a while

on their websote it says you can get the gt35r and could go up to 600 hp. and regardless how u attain this, it is possible
