tell your dad you will drive it, as long as he pays for the repair bill when it pops

get a tune. you can't just add injectors like that.

after upgrades your best bet is to get a tune to all for most power with the best protection for the car so something doesnt blow so yes tune it

if your changing your injectors it needs to be retuned. if you change the pully without the injectors you will run a little lean but you should be fine i have heard of people running stage 2 with a 2.8

not aftermarket performance he's not. you SHOULD be fine with the 2.8 on the stage tune, most people would recommend against it though. but injectors, you HAVE to tune for.

Now i'm jst thinking out loud but..... the car is still going to try and run at the commanded AFR right ? So when you drop 60's in are they just going to pour fuel for no reason? Or cant the pcm control the injectors to get them close to the commanded afr? I guess im wondering why the computer cant adjust the injectors to commanded afr at a lower IDC.

When i did my stage kit i installed the 42's and drove to the dealer for the flash. To tell you the truth if i hadn't know they were in there.... i wouldn't have know the difference. It idled the same and ran perfect on the stock tune.
